A special anti-terrorism court in Pakistan on Thursday reportedly declared former military ruler Pervez Musharraf a fugitive with an order to seize his property in ex-Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto's assassination case. The court also reportedly sentenced two former senior police officers to 17 years each in prison and acquitted five others in the case. Bhutto was assassinated on Dec 2007 in Rawalpindi when she came out a park after addressing an election rally.
