Reportedly, a mysterious 32-ft sea creature was discovered in the shallow water near Maasin City on Leyte island in the Philippines. Officials from the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources reportedly said that they could not identify the creature as it was already dead and it was in a badly decomposed state. Officials decided to tow the 32-foot creature back into the sea as it could not be buried because of its size and the smell was a health hazard.
