The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitor has reportedly said that the IS militants hanged at least 128 people to death in Al-Qaryatayn of Syria in just 20 days a month before. The terrorist group suspected them of collaborating with the Syrian regime in the city. Rami Abdel Rahman, head of the Observatory reportedly said the majority of those killed were executed in the last two days before ISIS lost the town.
