It was a big day in France, where French inventor Franky Zapata won hearts at the Bastille Day celebration in on Sunday.
Zapata flew above the crowd on his engine-powered flyboard, where thousands of troops paraded down the Champs-Elysees to mark the day.
According to CNN reports, Zapata spent three years creating Flyboard Air, a jet-powered personal aerial vehicle.
Even French President Emmanuel Macron presided over the annual military parade as warplanes flew over Paris.
