According to reports, a customer at a McDonald's outlet on Rama IV Road in Bangkok posted a picture of a cup of coffee with what appears to be cockroach legs in it. Facebook user Nostalgic Eik reportedly wrote, "I was given a new cup of coffee. But it seemed that the problem remained as the next cup of coffee had more cockroach legs in it". Later, McDonald's posted an apology letter and stated that they brought in the offending coffee machine for inspection and has sent in a team to the outlet to get its equipment and facilities cleaned.
