CLASS 9 STUDENT BEATEN TO DEATH BY TEACHER; ANGRY FRIENDS SET SCHOOL ON FIRE!

In an appaling incident, a class 9 student was allegedly beaten to death in Pakistan's Lahore by his school teacher for failing to complete an assignment, reports India Times. Angered over this, his classmates set the school on fire on Saturday.

His cousin took it to Twitter to explain the ordeal he faced. She said that the 17-year-old boy "Hafiz hunain bilal was physically tortured by his teacher named Kamran Hashmi because he didn’t learn his lesson at school." He struck his "head with his knuckles and then banged his head against the wall," his cousin tweeted. He also kicked him brutally.

By the time his friends stopped the teacher, it was too late. Even as the boy fell down, the teacher didn't stop and then dragged him to the principal's office as the boy breathed his last. He was not taken to the hospital.

Enraged, his friends took petrol and set two rooms in the school on fire. Few were arrested and only after that the incident came to light. The teacher has been arrested and Pakistan Minister of School Education took the incident to notice.
