China wants to join hands with India over Indian Ocean

China is looking forward to cooperate with India to maintain the security of the Indian ocean. Chinese army officials reportedly consider that Indian Ocean is a common place for the international community to contribute to peace and stability in the region. The statement comes amid the standoff between the two nations over the disputed Doklam region at the India-Bhutan-China tri junction.
