Employees of the private sector do not have it easy. They face a lot of challenges, have to work overtime and meet targets.
Usually, employees may face a loss of pay or a cut in appraisal for failing to meet targets. However, a company from China decided to publically embarrass the employees who failed to meet targets.
In a video that went viral on social media, employees f the same company were made to crawl on all fours on the road as punishment. The crawling was punishment for failing to meet year-end targets.
Many expressed anger over the poor treatment of the employees. A social media user wrote, "Denigrating, humiliating, horrible. It's hard to see what people in the world still have to suffer to honestly bring the bread to their families nowadays.”
