SHOCKING - 258 RUNNERS CAUGHT CHEATING MARATHON

In a shocking incident in China, 258 runners were caught cheating in a half marathon held in Shenzhen on Sunday. Reportedly, the organisers of the marathon have confirmed that the cheaters will face dire consequences.

Reportedly, 18 runners were caught wearing fake bibs, three running on behalf of someone else and 237 others were found taking shortcuts to finish the marathon. The runners from the latter category will face a ban of two years while the rest face a lifetime ban.

The ones who ran in shortcuts were caught on traffic cameras. From the video footage, runners could be seen running through bushes and behind trees.
