BOMB BLAST IN SOMALIA; AT LEAST 79 KILLED, OVER 100 INJURED!

A truck bomb exploded in Somalia on Saturday morning killing at least 79 people and injuring more than 100. Mayor Omar Mohamud Mohamed told reporters that most of those killed were civilians including two Turkish citizens.

Somali police chief Abdi Hassan Mohamed said it was hard to establish the number of casualties because of the ‘devastating’ circumstances.

Another police officer said the blast targeted a tax collection center during the morning rush hour.
