WATCH | BENNY, THE WORLD'S FIRST ICE-SKATING DOG WILL MELT YOUR HEARTS

It is a given fact that anything dogs do, it is bound to make us go 'aww'. They can cuddle, run along with you, and play sports as well. But the dog we're talking about does not just play any normal sport.

Meet Benny, a five-year-old Labrador who can ice-skate. Beeny has been learning and practicing for a year, after his owner and former skate coach Cheryl Del Sangro took him out on ice one day and saw that he was a natural skater. Benny can also play ice hockey.

Cheryl rescued Benny from euthanasia. Once she took him out along with her to practice, she saw how much Benny loved it. "He followed me around and was running after me on the ice. ‘He was rolling around on his back and everything. He enjoyed it so much," she said.

Benny, can do turns, crossovers, and bunnyhops. He wears skates on his two front paws as Sangro teaches him how to master his skills.
