4 dead, 10 injured as gunman opens fire in California

At least four people died and 10 injured when a gunman reportedly carrying a semi-automatic weapon and a handgun opened fire in Northern California. The injured include two children. Reportedly, he opened fire at multiple locations. According to local media reports, the suspect was shot dead.
