26 killed, 18 injured in suicide attack near Kabul mosque

At least 26 people were killed and another 18 injured when a suicide bomber blew himself up near a Shi’ite shrine in Kabul on Wednesday. Deccan Chronicle reports that the blast happened as people in the Afghan capital celebrated Navroz alias Nawruz, which marks the start of the Persian new year.
