The Supreme Court on Monday has reportedly said that it will not accept the dropping of charges against veteran BJP leader L K Advani and others involved in the 1992 Babri Masjid demolition case. Hearing the CBI’s plea against the dropping of charges, the top court allowed the investigation agency to file a supplementary charge-sheet against 13 persons by including the conspiracy charges, adding “We will ask the trial court to conduct a joint trial”.
