Protesting over the disparity in pay when compared to their male counterparts, women bus conductors in Kerala have tendered mass resignation, say reports. According to reports, the women conductors are paid just over half the amount men earn. While the government claimed that 26 of the 90 women conductors are still working, reports claimed only one woman was on the job.
