A woman who was accused of allegedly damaging the holy Sikh book was reportedly shot dead by unidentified men on a motorcycle outside a Gurdwara in Ludhiana in Punjab on Tuesday. The woman, who was arrested in October 2015 for the profanation, was reportedly out on bail since December. She was reportedly invited to the Gurdwara where the incident occurred.
