The pro-Jallikattu protesters have reportedly said that they will not withdraw their protests until they get a permanent solution, adding, “we don’t need an emergency ordinance.” They have also reportedly demanded that Jallikattu bulls should be removed from the performing animals list in the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
