Facebook's popular messaging service, WhatsApp reportedly suffered a global outage for several hours on Wednesday. The company reportedly issued a press release stating, "We have now fixed the issue and apologize for the inconvenience." According to Reuters, WhatsApp was down in parts of India, Canada, the United States and Brazil. Notably, WhatsApp's is used by more than 1.2 billion people around the world.
