WhatsApp crashes for the second time this month

Instant messaging app WhatsApp on Wednesday reportedly encountered an outage for several users across the globe. According to reports, the outage happened around 12 pm EST. This is the second time WhatsApp has suffered an outage in one month. Following the outage, Several users took it to Twitter, threatening to migrate to rival platforms. Notably, WhatsApp has over billion active users across the world.
