European Union President Donald Tusk reportedly said they will not punish the UK because Brexit is “punishment enough”. He said this while releasing a set of draft guidelines defining EU's approach towards the Brexit negotiations. Further, Maltese PM Joseph Muscat added Brexit negotiations will be tough but it will not be a war. However, the draft said the UK must accept EU rules.
