Voting for Punjab and Goa assembly elections have begun on Saturday. According to reports, 1,145 candidates contest in 117 constituencies of Punjab, while 251 candidates contest in 40 constituencies of Goa. Notably, the results for the polls in both the states, along with UP, Uttarakhand and Manipur, will be declared on March 11.
