British telecom major Vodafone has reportedly moved the Delhi High Court against the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s proposed move of framing rules for mobile network testing. According to reports, the company has alleged that TRAI’s consultation process was to defeat its plea against Reliance Jio. Notably, the regulatory body is said to frame rules to test networks before their commercial rollout.
