The government on Thursday reportedly appointed Senior IFS officer Vikas Swarup as India's new High Commissioner to Canada. Currently, he is working as Spokesperson in the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi. Swarup will replace Arun Kumar Sahu who is now working as acting Indian envoy in Canada.
