Austria's grand capital Vienna has been named as the nicest city in the world to live in by the survey of consulting firm Mercer. The survey uses dozens of criteria such as political stability, health care, education, crime, recreation, and transport. Vienna topped the list of cities offering the highest quality of life for the eighth year in a row. Vienna is followed by Switzerland's Zurich and New Zealand's Auckland in the second and third places. Notably, Baghdad is again considered the worst place to live.
