Rakuten CEO Hiroshi Mikitani has announced that their messaging app Viber will offer free calls between the United States and the countries affected by President Trump’s travel ban through Viber Out. Viber users will be able to make free calls to landlines and mobiles in the seven countries impacted by Trump’s order. Similarly, users in those countries will be able to call numbers in the United States without any charges.
