Verizon announces new brand for Yahoo, AOL

Verizon Communications on Tuesday announced that it would create a new company named 'Oath' to oversee Yahoo and AOL. Verizon says it won’t provide any details about its plans for Oath until this summer. According to reports, Oath will manage more than 20 different brands. Verizon is expected to complete its $4.5 billion acquisition of Yahoo by the end of 2017.
