A hospitality company has reportedly bought a vehicle registration number in Delhi for Rs 16 lakh in an e-auction. According to reports, Palm Land Hospitality Pvt. Ltd acquired the number ‘0001’, which was auctioned at a starting amount of Rs 5 lakh. Notably, Special Transport Commissioner KK Dahiya has said that only nine 0001 numbers have been bought by individuals since 2014.
