West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, in a series of tweets, criticised the Union Budget 2017-18 saying it is “useless, baseless, missionless, actionless and heartless”. She said the budget presents no roadmap for the future. Demanding the removal of restrictions on cash withdrawals, she asked to present the “figures for demonetisation”. Mamata’s another tweet on budget read, “Misleading. Full of jugglery of numbers and hollow words which mean nothing (sic)”.
