A federal appeals court in the United States has reportedly refused to reinstate a temporary immigration ban ordered by President Donald Trump on travellers from seven Muslim-majority countries. According to reports, the Court also cited that the government had failed to provide an evidence for execution of terror attacks in the US by any person from the seven countries.
