US Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly reportedly said US embassies could ask visa applicants for passwords of their social media accounts in future background checks. Stating, “If they don't want to cooperate...they don't come in (to the US),” Kelly added, it is under consideration especially for visitors from the seven Muslim-majority countries listed under the immigration ban.
