According to reports, India has signed a bunch of defence deals worth Rs 20,000 in the past two or three months to ensure that it can stand ‘intense fighting’ for at least ten days without worrying. Defence Ministry reportedly said the deals were floated after the Uri terror attack. Reportedly, the new defence contracts are primarily with Russia, Israel and France.
