Presenting the 2017-18 Union Budget, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Wednesday said the government is reportedly considering the introduction of a new law to confiscate assets of offenders who escape the country. He also added that Aadhaar enabled payments system will be launched soon. Further, he asserted that banks have targeted to introduce additional 10 lakh Point-of-Sale terminals by Mar 2017.
