Two men Deepan, 35 and Ramesh Sankar,45 died due to asphyxiation while painting the interior of a water sump inside the Anna University Campus in Chennai.The bodies were reportedly moved to the Royapettah Government hospital for postmortem, with the Kotturpuram police pressing charges against the contractor.
