Two foreigners, Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, the princess of Thailand and Nepalese social activist Anuradha Koirala have been named by the Indian government Monday for India’s highest civilian honors. Sirindhorn will be conferred with Padma Bhushan for her contribution in the field of literature, while Koirala will be conferred with Padma Shri in the field of social work.
