Online social networking service, Twitter on Thursday reportedly introduced a new lighter version via 'Progressive Web App' and dubbed it Twitter Lite. Occupying less than a megabyte, Twitter Lite will reportedly save 70 percent of data and will load 30 percent faster. Twitter also blurs the images and videos in the Lite version to conserve the data for its users.
