An improvised explosive device reportedly blasted in Charaideo district of Assam on Thursday morning. According to reports, the second explosion happened in a paddy field in the same Charaideo district, a few minutes after the first blast, while another blast has been reported from Dibrugarh. Notably, no casualties or injuries have been reported.
