Former AIADMK deputy general secretary and the nephew of VK Sasikala, TTV Dhinakaran was arrested by the Delhi police’s Crime Branch wing on Tuesday. Notably, Dhinakaran was interrogated by police officials in Delhi from April 22 until April 25 for an alleged attempt to bribe the Election Commission. Meanwhile, his friend Mallikarjuna was also arrested by the police, while his assistant Janarthanan may reportedly become a witness in the case.
