In a move to curtail H-1B visa 'misuse', US President Donald Trump reportedly issued an executive order on Tuesday raising the bar for foreign guest workers used by US and Indian companies to do work that American workers were thought to be unable to do. According to reports, the order aims at weeding out poorly-qualified, less-skilled workers that India’s mediocre institutions produce in thousands.
