The Donald Trump administration, on Monday, reportedly started tightening norms on the issuance of H-1B visas to overcome visa frauds. According to reports, Civil Rights Division’s Acting Assistant Attorney General Tom Wheeler has said that the Justice Department would not tolerate misuse of H-1B visa process, which discriminates against the US workers. Notably, the policy might create a new trouble for the entry-level techies in getting the visa.
