The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has reportedly given a green signal to Reliance Jio’s Happy New Year offer. According to reports, the regulatory body’s nod to the free offer will allow the Jio users to continue with 1GB free data per day until 31st March 2017. Notably, TRAI, in reply to the telecom rivals of Jio, said that the new year offer is not an extension of the company’s welcome offer.
