According to reports, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edapadi Palanisamy has become the first CM to remove the red siren from his car following the central Governments order. EPS also reminded that is his mentor and former Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa never used the red beacon. Notably, the Central government ordered the Legislators to remove red beacon from the May 1.
