Following the grant of an emergency ordinance to amend the PCA Act and lift the ban on Jallikattu, Tamil Nadu CM O Panneerselvam will reportedly leave for Madurai to inaugurate the celebrated Jallikattu event in Alanganallur village on Sunday. Meanwhile, the bill to replace Jallikattu's ordinance will reportedly be legislated in the State Assembly on January 23 when the first Assembly session begins.
