Presenting the 2017-18 state budget, TN Finance Minister Jayakumar on Thursday said that Rs 7000 crore has been allocated for agricultural crop loans. Further, he announced that Rs 1,161 crore was allocated for animal care across the state, and Rs 723 crore for wedding assistance programs.
