The Trinamool Congress on Monday released a statement claiming that the party's lawmakers, as a sign of protest against the Modi government’s demonetisation move, will boycott the first two days of the Budget Session of the  Parliament. Further, TMC added it would take up the illegal arrest of its MPs, Sudip Bandyopadhyay and Tapas Paul, over the Rose Valley chit fund scam in the session.
