Retired Madras High Court judge Justice D Hariparanthaman has reportedly said that there is no chance for Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam to withdraw his resignation. According to reports, Hariparanthaman also urged the Governor to ask the leaders to prove majority in the state Assembly.
