The Telecom Commission has reportedly sought clarification from TRAI on the Rs 3,050-crore penalty on  Bharti Airtel, Vodafone India and Idea Cellular. According to reports, the Commission, on Monday, urged the Telecommunications Department to seek clarification from TRAI. Notably, the TRAI had earlier recommended imposing the penalty on the top three telcos for not providing enough points of interconnection to Jio.
