According to a report, Samsung copy Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 bursts into flame while it was in a man’s front pocket while he was riding his bicycle, leaving him with severe burns on his outer thigh. Reportedly, the owner of the phone Bhavana Suryakiran tried to remove it from his pocket but couldn’t do so and he mentioned that the phone was still on fire and smoking even after a bucket of water was poured over it. Suryakiran said he bought the phone only 20 days back through Flipkart and he will sue the company over the defective piece as well as for compensation for his injuries. Previously, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 exploded in Bengaluru when the owner of the phone tried to install his sim.
