REVEALED: INDIA'S RANKING AT 4G SPEEDS

While the country might be generally gung-ho about 5G, a recent survey suggests that India still has a long way to go with respect to 4G let alone think of higher frequencies, bandwidth and superior services.

A recent report by Ookla that tests data speeds, says that India ranks 109 out of 124 countries when it comes to offering internet at 4G speeds.

The average download speed on 4G connections in India is less than what phone users in neighbouring countries like Pakistan, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka get, the report further added.
