According to a list compiled by mobile analytics company OpenSignal, the average internet speed in India was ranked the slowest among 88 countries, lower than countries like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Indonesia. OpenSignal had revealed this information in a report titled ‘State of LTE’ which contained an analysis of 5,000 crore measurements of speed collated between October 1, 2017, and December 29, 2017.
