With the help of social media, many people were able to find a solution to the problems they face with a service/goods provider. But nobody uses social media to show themselves in a bad light, especially when it is a huge service provider in a big business market like India. But Bharti Airtel did exactly that. When Telugu actor Allu Sirish tweeted that he wanted to change from Airtel, and asked for suggestions, Airtel suggested him to stay with the network and tried to provide a solution. But Airtel did not stop with that, they retweeted the actor’s tweet.
